Welcome to the website of Leven Rose Queen Day and Civic Week, a traditional summer event held every year in the lovely seaside town of Leven on the East Coast of Fife.
Rose Queen Day takes place every year
on the second Saturday in June.
Civic Week is held over the following seven days.
Each year,
Leven Rose Queen -
A Primary 7 Pupil is selected from one of the three primary schools in our town.
The Rose Queen’s Court consists of,
four Attendants, one Herald, one Crown Bearer, a Page Boy and a group of Flower Girls.
Rose Queen Day is held in the grounds of Carberry House, Scoonie Road, Leven.
Rose Queen Day and Civic Week is organised by
Leven Civic Week Committee,
a group of local volunteers.
